These traffic lights are part-time. It could be that they’re part-time and only working Monday to Friday and not weekends, maybe they’re only working at peak traffic hours, so you’ve got to see are the lights working and pay attention and act accordingly. If they are not working, does that mean your lights are not working, but lights for other traffic are working.
Whatever the situation, go by what the traffic lights say. If the traffic lights are not working, give way to traffic on your right if it’s a roundabout and look all around if it’s any other sort of junction.”
