Oh dear. Look, the speed that you should drive is dependent on lots of factors. Being on test isn’t really on eof them. Road layout, road surface, weather, visibility, presence and action of other road users, prevailling speed limits and your car. These are all out there to determine the right speed.
If all of these are good, then the posted legal speed limit may well be appropriate and getting the appropriate speed is what the examiner wants to see.
Slow is fine. Slow is great. Slow is safe if the conditions warrant it. Slow, however, can be frustrating for drivers behind if conditions and other factors are good.
Show the examiner that you drive at the appropriate speed for the conditions.”
