Circular signs come in two sorts really. This one, with a blue background with an image, an icon, a diagram within the blue, and those that are circular with a red border around the outside. They’re telling you that you must not do something and the blue ones tell you that you must do something.
Must do signs would include keep to the left, turn left, that sort of thing and the red rings, you must not exceed a weight limit or a width limit on a bridge or you must not exceed a speed limit, that sort of thing.
So keep your eyes out for circular signs to work out what they are.”
