“Self evaluation allows you to realistically assess yourself against the examples set out in the coursework. Some Trainees find this part difficult, but the more detail you go into, the more benefit there is for you to develop your own driving skills, as well as self evaluation.
Remember one day you will be encouraging your learners to self evaluate in these skills, so the more critical you can be of yourself, the higher a standard you can display to your clients.
We recommend self evaluating each time you complete a unit, even if you have completed the unit before, to see your progress throughout the coursework.”
