Customer Service

“As a general rule of thumb, you should always act in the way you would want your son or daughter’s driving instructor to act. This will include conduct within the car, but also away from lessons too.

Your communication skills should be second to none – try to ensure all conversations are done via telephone to minimise any potential confusion, before following up with a text message to confirm an initial booking with a client.

You should also be reliable and punctual, just as you would expect your learners to be.

A positive attitude and patience in the car goes a long way, not just to creating a relaxed learning environment, but also accelerating your client’s learning and increasing your referrals and recommendations too.”
