“We want you to pass this whole process. By using part 1 as the foundation of your knowledge for the rest of the process, you won’t find yourself struggling for basic information further down the line.
The iCourse units are broken down into multiple choice and foundation sections. These foundation questions allow you to explore the knowledge and thoughts around the subject, as if you’ve been asked the question by a learner driver.
We don’t want you to learn questions off by heart but we want you to fully understand the knowledge being tested by the question. This ensures your foundation of knowledge is as high as possible which will help you through the rest of the qualification process.
There are total of 16 units and 4 revision sections in the part 1 section of the iCourse. How long it takes to work through these, will simply depend on how much time you can allocate for your study. But this isn’t a process that can be rushed. Taking your time here and building a foundation of knowledge will pay off further down the line during the qualification process
Bearing in mind your CRB check can take between 8-12 weeks, you can structure your study to fit in around this process and ensure you’re ready for the rest of the qualification.”
